## Participant Waiver, Release of Liability & Photo Consent

By registering for and/or participating in the **Hot Holy Healed Walk** (“Event”), hosted by **Hot Holy Healed**, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

### Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in the Event involves physical activity, including but not limited to walking, standing, stretching, and other movement, and may take place outdoors and/or in public spaces. I understand that participation may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, uneven surfaces, weather conditions, dehydration, physical exertion, illness, injury, or other unforeseen circumstances.

I voluntarily choose to participate and knowingly assume all risks associated with my participation in the Event.

### Health & Medical Responsibility

I certify that I am physically capable of participating in the Event and understand that it is my responsibility to determine whether participation is appropriate for me.

I understand that Hot Holy Healed does not provide medical advice and that I should consult a qualified healthcare provider before participating if I have any health concerns, injuries, medical conditions, or other circumstances that may affect my ability to safely participate.

In the event of an emergency, I authorize Event organizers to seek reasonable emergency medical assistance on my behalf. I understand that I am responsible for any costs associated with such medical care.

### Release & Waiver of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I voluntarily release and hold harmless **Hot Holy Healed**, its owners, organizers, employees, contractors, volunteers, partners, sponsors, affiliates, representatives, and agents from claims, demands, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from or related to my participation in the Event, including claims arising from ordinary negligence.

This release does not apply to liability that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

### Personal Property

I understand that I am solely responsible for my personal belongings during the Event. Hot Holy Healed is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced property.

### Event Rules & Personal Conduct

I agree to follow reasonable instructions provided by Event organizers and to conduct myself in a manner that does not endanger myself or others. I understand that Hot Holy Healed reserves the right to remove a participant from the Event for unsafe, disruptive, inappropriate, or unlawful behavior.

### Photography, Video & Media Release

I understand that photographs, video recordings, and other media may be captured during the Event.

I grant Hot Holy Healed permission to photograph, film, and record me during the Event and to use my image, likeness, voice, and appearance in connection with Hot Holy Healed’s marketing, social media, website, promotional materials, advertising, and other brand communications without additional compensation.

### Acknowledgment

By registering for and/or participating in the Event, I confirm that I have read and understand this waiver, voluntarily accept its terms, and understand that I am giving up certain legal rights.
