PONSPHAERA MORNING CLUB WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By signing below, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Voluntary Participation:
I am voluntarily participating in the Ponsphaera Morning Club activities, including but not limited to yoga, running, ping pong, massages, chiropractic adjustments, cold plunges, B12 shots, and any other services or wellness experiences provided during the event.

Health Declaration:
I affirm that I am in good physical condition and do not suffer from any medical condition that would prevent or limit my participation. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to participating in any physical activity.

Assumption of Risk:
I understand that participation in physical and wellness activities involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury, illness, allergic reaction, or even death. I knowingly assume all such risks, both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of the event organizers, vendors, volunteers, or other participants.

Release of Liability:
I hereby release, waive, and discharge Ponsphaera, its organizers, staff, volunteers, affiliates, partners, vendors, venue owners, and all other related parties from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, loss, or damage that may be sustained while participating in or attending the event.

Media Release:
I grant permission to Ponsphaera and its affiliates to use photographs, videos, or other media taken of me at the event for marketing, promotional, or commercial purposes in any format without compensation.

Responsibility for Personal Belongings:
I understand that I am solely responsible for my personal belongings and Ponsphaera is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Medical Treatment Authorization:
In the event of injury or medical emergency, I consent to receive necessary medical treatment and understand that I am responsible for any costs incurred.
