SOFT SUNRISE RUN: TRAIL EDITION 🌄

We’re taking Soft Sunrise off the pavement and onto the trails. Join Soft Girl Movement Club for a Sunday morning in North Phoenix filled with desert views, fresh air + miles with the girls. ♡

This time, you choose your distance: 2 miles or 4 miles. Both options will use our signature 2-minute run / 3-minute walk intervals, so whether this is your first time on the trails or you’re ready for a few more Sunday miles, there’s an option for you.

SUNDAY MORNING FLOW

6:30 AM — MEET + CHECK-IN
Meet us at 2421 E Northern Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85020. Arrive, find the girls, get settled + make sure you have everything you need for the trail.

6:45 AM — GROUP PHOTO 📸

6:50 AM — WARM-UP + TRAIL BRIEFING
We’ll warm up together, go over the route, trail safety + our 2- and 4-mile options.

7:00 AM — HIT THE TRAIL 🌄
