By attending this donation-based yoga class, I understand and agree to the following terms:

1. Acknowledgment of Risks
I acknowledge that yoga, by its nature, involves physical activity, which may involve physical exertion and potential risk of injury. I am aware that participation in this class requires me to listen to my body, and I assume full responsibility for my physical condition. I understand that it is my responsibility to inform the instructor of any injuries or conditions that may affect my ability to participate in the class.

2. Waiver of Liability
I, the undersigned, hereby release and hold harmless the instructor, the venue, and any associated parties (hereafter referred to as “Yoga Studio/Instructor”) from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, or injuries arising out of my participation in this yoga class, including but not limited to personal injury or loss of property. This includes any injury that may occur during or after the class.

3. Medical Disclaimer
I understand that it is advisable to consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new physical activity, including yoga. If I experience any discomfort or pain during the class, I will immediately stop and inform the instructor.

4. Donation-Based Class Participation
I acknowledge that this yoga class operates on a donation basis. I understand that there is no set fee for participation, and the instructor is offering this class with the intention of receiving voluntary donations to help cover the costs of the class, including space rental, instructor time, and other operational expenses. I am free to donate according to my own means and willingness. There is no pressure or requirement to contribute, and participation is allowed regardless of donation.

5. Confidentiality and Privacy
I understand that any personal or medical information shared with the instructor will be kept confidential, in accordance with privacy laws. I consent to receiving communication from the Yoga Studio/Instructor regarding future events or classes.

6. Photo/Video Release (Optional)
I grant permission to the Yoga Studio/Instructor to take photographs or video recordings during the class. I understand these materials may be used for promotional or marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, or flyers. I understand that my name and personal information will not be disclosed without my explicit consent.

7. Agreement to Terms
By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and understood the above terms, that I voluntarily agree to participate in the donation-based yoga class, and that I am waiving any claims I may have against the instructor or yoga studio in relation to my participation in the class.
