Whether you're celebrating the special women in your life or crafting cards for your Valentine, this is your chance to slow down, sip some delicious tea or coffee, and create heartfelt cards from scratch.

**What to expect:**

* All card-making supplies provided (cardstock, stamps, stickers, ribbons, and more!)
* Cozy atmosphere perfect for catching up and sharing stories
* No crafting experience necessary - just bring your creativity!

**2:00-2:15 PM | Arrival & Tea Selection**

* Check in at Julie's front counter. Browse tea selections and purchase a snack
* Walk to the back garden and settle in
* Explore crafting supplies at stations

**2:15-2:30 PM | Welcome Circle**

* Brief welcome and event overview
* Icebreaker prompt: "Share your name and one person (or yourself!) you're making a card for today"
* Quick demo of card-making basics and supply overview

**2:30-3:30 PM | Card Crafting Session**

* Create your Galentine's/Valentine's cards
* Available to purchase throughout the event are light bites and tea refills

**3:30-4:00 PM | Finishing Touches & Closing**

* Complete your cards
* Share favorite card-making moments or who you're gifting to

By attending this Julie's Tea Garden event, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
I understand that this event involves tea service, gathering activities, and possible crafting or workshop components. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation, including but not limited to: travel to and from the event, use of materials and supplies, consumption of food and beverages (including tea and herbal preparations), and any other activities during the event.
2. RELEASE OF LIABILITY
I hereby release, waive, and discharge Julie's Tea Garden, its owner(s), staff, and the property owner(s) (if applicable) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury (including death) that may be sustained by me while participating in this event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
3. PHOTO & VIDEO CONSENT
I grant Julie's Tea Garden and its representatives permission to take photographs and/or video recordings of me during the event. I authorize Julie's Tea Garden to use, reproduce, and publish these images/videos in print and digital formats including but not limited to: social media, website, promotional materials, and marketing content. I understand that I will not receive compensation for use of these materials and waive any rights to approve the finished product or written copy.
If I do NOT wish to be photographed or filmed, I will notify the event host upon arrival.
4. PROPERTY ACKNOWLEDGMENT
I agree to respect the event venue and property, follow all applicable rules, and take responsibility for any damage I may cause to the property during my attendance.
5. HEALTH & WELLNESS
I confirm that I am in good health and have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation in this event. I will immediately inform the event host of any concerns or issues that arise during the event.
6. ALLERGIES & DIETARY RESTRICTIONS
I understand that food and beverages (including tea and herbal preparations) will be served. I take full responsibility for managing my own allergies and dietary restrictions and will inform the host of any concerns prior to consumption.
7. CONDUCT
I agree to conduct myself in a respectful manner and understand that disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.
