***What to bring:*** Your mat! But the studio also provides some! \*Please arrive NO later than 6:25pm

What to Expect:

6:00pm -- ARRIVE. Pick up your goodie bag (sponsored gifts included with each ticket!) grab a snack, check out the space and get integrated.



6:30pm -- Grounding meditation & gentle breath work with sound bowls to get our of our heads and into our body.



6:40pm -- Yoga flow warm-up with Jen @zentheyogi! Movement will be fluid, focusing on heart and hip openers.



7pm -- Choreography routine with @movewithmele\_! Let's have some funnnnn. \*No experience required



7:50pm -- Closing circle. Women are encouraged to speak from the heart.
