**THURSDAY, SEPT 10 — STRENGTH IN THE CITY FESTIVAL**
📍 Theater on the Lake | 5pm – 11pm 

5 stages of movement classes, mindfulness, and sunset sessions after dark. The place for community builders and anyone interested in fitness + wellness. From **Yoga Sculpt** to **HIIT**, **Power Flow + Breathwork** to **Reformer Pilates**, **Cycles**, **Boxing**, **Reggaeton Yoga**, **Rave Run + Walk on the Lakefront**, **LAGREE** (while space lasts) with Sebastien himself, and so much more, this lineup is stacked from start to finish.

**FRIDAY, SEPT 11 — EDCTN+**
📍 Theater on the Lake | 9am – 5pm

 A gathering for wellness professionals + enthusiasts. We're bringing instructors, studio owners, and industry leaders together to talk about wellness as a whole, the business of it, the community of it, and where it's headed. PLUS bring your laptop and use the space to co-work before or after the sessions you want to take!



**SATURDAY, SEPT 12 — PADDLEPALOOZA**
📍 Oak Street Beach | 9am – 3pm

Morning movement class → DJ sets on paddleboards → beach lunch and a drinks.



**SUNDAY, SEPT 13 — STAY TUNED**
📍 12pm – 5pm | Location TBA

I HEREBY ASSUME ALL OF THE RISKS OF PARTICIPATING IN ANY/ALL ACTIVITIES ASSOCIATED WITH THIS EVENT, including by way of example and not limitation, any risks that may arise from negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons or entities being released, from dangerous or defective equipment or property owned, maintained, or controlled by them, or because of their possible liability without fault. I certify that I have not been advised to not participate by a qualified medical professional. I certify that there are no health- related reasons or problems which preclude my participation in this activity. I acknowledge that this Accident Waiver and Release of Liability Form will be used by the event holders, sponsors, and organizers of the activity in which I may participate, and that it will govern my actions and responsibilities at said activity. In consideration of my application and permitting me to participate in this activity, I hereby take action for myself, my executors, administrators, heirs, next of kin, successors, and assigns as follows: WAIVER, RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS / INDEMNITY: (A) I HEREBY WAIVE AND RELEASE STRENGTH IN THE CITY, LLC (hereinafter referred to as "SITC") Event THEIR EMPLOYEES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, VOLUNTEERS, REPRESENTATIVES, AGENTS, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS, AND ALL SPONSORS ("RELEASEES"), FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, LIABILITIES OR CAUSES OF ACTION, WHETHER CAUSED BY RELEASEES' NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DEATH, DISABILITY, BODILY INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, PROPERTY THEFT, OR ANY OTHER LOSS, DAMAGE OR ANY INCONVENIENCE WHATSOEVER, ARISING FROM MY PARTICIPATION IN THIS EVENT ("CLAIMS"). Assumption of Risk: I acknowledge that this activity may involve a test of a person's physical limits and carries with it the potential for death, serious injury, and property loss. The risks include, but are not limited to, those caused by terrain, facilities, temperature, weather, condition of participants, equipment, vehicular traffic, lack of hydration, and actions of other people including, but not limited to, participants, volunteers, monitors, and/or producers of the activity. These risks are not only inherent to participants, but are also present for volunteers. I assume all risks associated with this activity or event. I hereby consent to receive medical treatment which may be deemed advisable in the event of injury, accident, and/or illness during this activity. Media Release: I grant full permission to STRENGTH IN THE CITY to use photographs, videos and other types of recordings of me in advertising, trade or any commercial purpose in legitimate accounts and promotions of this event and for STRENGTH IN THE CITY event to share my contact information with any related sponsors. I waive the right to inspect versions of my image used for publication or the written copy used in connection with the images.

As a guest you still have access to classes, vendors and all experiences during festival hours. First 100 attendees at the event will receive a welcome bag!

RSVP for the free community 1 mile walk or 5k run. Hosted by local run and walk clubs coming together for morning movement. *Does not include the festival classes or other experiences*

Entry to festival classes + vendors. PLUS the DJ set on the green.
