**Ready to Step into your Strong Girl Era?**

Join us for an afternoon of fitness, fun, connection, and challenging pilates fusion sweat sesh! (space is limited to 25 spots!)

**Agenda:**&#x20;

\*10:30AM: come on in, check in and get settled. Mix + Mingle with your new fit friends!

\*11AM-12PM: a challenging 45-minute workout led by our friends at [317 Movement](https://www.instagram.com/317mvmnt/)

\*12PM Light Snacks and Refreshments Post Class to celebrate and more time to connect!&#x20;

**About the Session**

The Pilates Mobility program is a 45-minute session designed to blend strength with increasing mobility. We blend Pilates core work with added mobility-focused movement. We will move through intentional sequences that support joints, stability, range of motion while building bodyweight strength. All levels of movers are welcome, no experience necessary!
