**Scoop Sculpt is a Katie Meurer (Studioh Scoop) signature class that challenges every part of your body and makes you fall even more in love with what it can do.** 

While it’s normally a bodyweight only class, sometimes we spice it up with ankle weights or other props. The class hits your full body with a huge focus on the core and always comes with fun music that keeps you moving.
