MOVEMENT MEET UP LIABILITY WAIVER & RELEASE

By signing this waiver, I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in Movement Meet Up, a fitness and wellness event that includes, but is not limited to, high-intensity workouts, boxing, Pilates, pickleball, cold plunges, and other physical activities.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK
I understand that participating in physical activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injuries, muscle strains, fractures, heart-related issues, dehydration, and other medical conditions. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY & RELEASE
I hereby release, waive, and discharge Movement Meet Up, its organizers, affiliates, sponsors, instructors, volunteers, and Wynwood Marketplace (the venue) from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from injury, illness, or damages sustained during or related to the event.

I acknowledge that:

I am physically capable of participating in the event.
I will consult a doctor if I have any health concerns before participating.
I am responsible for my own safety and well-being during the event.
I will follow all event rules and instructions from staff.
MEDIA RELEASE
I grant Movement Meet Up permission to use any photos, videos, or recordings of me taken during the event for promotional and marketing purposes.

INDEMNIFICATION
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Movement Meet Up and Wynwood Marketplace from any claims, damages, legal fees, or liabilities that may arise due to my participation.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT & SIGNATURE
I have carefully read and fully understand this waiver. By signing below, I voluntarily agree to its terms and acknowledge that I am waiving legal rights.
