***What to Expect:***

**8:45a:** Check-in at Lifeguard Tower 52 & mingle with the community!

**9a:** 45 min Mat Pilates (open to all fitness levels) led by Kenzie Lee

**10a:** Refuel & wellness panel with the Founder/CEO of Daily Nouri. We'll be chatting about all things women's health, hormones and gut health.

All guests will receive Daily Nouri Hormone Balance probiotics & Daily Nouri's newest product, Stay Well digestive and immunity wellness packs. Perfect for summer!

Towels will be provided for class, but if you require more support or have a favorite mat, please bring your own! Please bring your own water, wear SPF & bring a hat and/or shades.

1. Acknowledgment of Risks
I, the undersigned, acknowledge that participation in Pilates, fitness, and wellness activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical exertion, muscle strains, equipment-related injuries, and unforeseen medical conditions. I understand that Flow Pilates Club and its instructors will take reasonable precautions to provide a safe environment but cannot eliminate all risks associated with physical activity.

2. Assumption of Risk
I voluntarily choose to participate in Flow Pilates Club LLC classes and assume all risks related to my participation, whether known or unknown. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician before engaging in physical activity and that I am physically and medically able to participate.

3. Release of Liability
I hereby release, waive, and discharge Flow Pilates Club LLC, its owners, instructors, and partners from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising from my participation, including injury, illness, property damage, or other loss, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

4. Medical Treatment Authorization
In the event of an injury or medical emergency, I authorize Flow Pilates Club LLC instructors or staff to seek medical assistance on my behalf if I am unable to do so. I understand that I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred.

5. Photography & Media Release 
I grant Flow Pilates Club LLC permission to use photos and videos taken during classes for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes. If you would not like to be photographed, please also let the instructor know on-site when you arrive so they know where you are in the crowd.

6. Agreement to Terms
