Houston Acro Yoga
Acroyoga is partner acrobatics mixed with techniques from yoga, gymnastics, dance, cheer, and even healing arts such as Thai massage. It's more fun than you thought possible, and more accessible than you think! Join us for acro, handstands, balance board, counterbalances, and all things circus. All levels welcome, and no partner or experience necessary. Beginners are always welcome.
