✨Celebrate the end of 2025 with community - LIZLATES Sunday Funday Style!! Because wellness and taking care of yourself is *more* than just a Pilates class.

Move for 45 minutes in a HIIT Pilates workout led by Liz, moving along to LIVE DJ Camisoul!! Following the Pilates session we will settle in for brunch and bottomless margaritas.

While we brunch, music will flow, vendors will sell, and new friends will be made! Just when the day couldn’t get any better we will have a photo booth and karaoke!

❣️The event is open to the public starting at 12:45pm, as long as space allows. RSVP is required. Enjoy the vendors, order food, even choose to opt-in to the bottomless margs when you arrive!

As we wrap up the year, treat yourself to a well rounded community wellness celebration! ✨

❣️Bring your own yoga mat, good vibes, and besties!!

🚗 Free parking in the lot. Street parking available too.

\*\*Tickets do not include food (even if you purchase the bottomless margs). Food and drinks can be ordered individually on separate tabs. If you are participating in bottomless margs (purchased with ticket or day of) you will be given a wristband.

Assumption of Risk

I understand that Pilates is a physical exercise method that may include stretching, strengthening, balance, and conditioning movements. I acknowledge that participation carries certain inherent risks including, but not limited to, muscle soreness, strains, sprains, falls, or more serious injury. I accept full responsibility for evaluating my own physical condition and deciding whether to participate.

Release of Liability

In consideration of being allowed to participate, I hereby release, waive, and discharge LIZLATES, its owners, instructors, employees, independent contractors, volunteers, and representatives, as well as the venue from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained by me, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, while participating in this Pilates class.

I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless LIZLATES from any loss, liability, damage, or costs that may incur due to my voluntary participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Medical Acknowledgment
- I affirm that I am physically capable of participating in Pilates exercises.
- I have disclosed any health conditions, injuries, or limitations that may affect my ability to participate.
- I understand that no medical personnel will be provided, and I assume full responsibility for my health during the class.
- If an injury or emergency occurs, I consent to medical treatment and agree to be responsible for any associated costs.

Personal Responsibility
- I agree to follow the instructor's guidance and respect my own physical limits.
- I will immediately stop any movement that causes pain, dizziness, or discomfort.
- I understand that LIZLATES is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.

Photography & Media Release

I grant permission for LIZLATES, and any Additional Parties brought by LIZLATES to photograph, video record, and/or otherwise capture my image and voice during this event. I authorize the use of such media for promotional, educational, marketing, and social media purposes without compensation.

I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished media or the context in which it appears, and I release all parties listed above from any liability related to the use of my likeness, image, or voice.

Governing Law

This waiver shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. If any portion of this waiver is found unenforceable, the remainder shall still be valid and enforceable.
