**Start your Saturday with purpose** and join us for a soul-nourishing **Sunrise Beach Pilates + Clean-Up**, where faith, fitness, and fellowship come together under the rising sun.

This uplifting, low-impact Pilates flow is designed to strengthen your body, calm your mind, and refresh your spirit—followed by a **community beach clean-up** to care for the creation we get to move in. Whether you’re a seasoned mover or brand new to Pilates, you’ll be guided through a spirit-led flow to uplifting worship music and moments of prayer and reflection.

• **Guided Pilates Flow led by Maribel Maignan** – Build strength, flexibility, and grace through mindful, breath-centered movement.
• **Faith-Based Intentionality** – Experience moments of worship, gratitude, and prayer woven throughout the flow.
• **Community Beach Clean-Up** – After class, stay to serve and give back by helping us restore and care for our beautiful beach together.
• **Connection & Joy** – Spark meaningful conversations and connect with like-minded souls in a morning filled with purpose.
• **Optional Ocean Dip** – Refresh and celebrate with a quick swim after giving back!
