Join The Move Pilates for our September mat pop up! To avoid the heat, this session will take place at 7 PM!
Check in will start at 6:30 PM. 
We will be focusing on the original contrology mat work that was created by Joe Pilates with a twist of modern pilates. 
You'll have options to modify & progress movements. 
Expect layers on the movement, cues to better your form, holds and transitions. 
This will be a mind to body based challenging class! All levels welcomed!
Wear supportive clothing (leggings recommended) come hydrated and ready to work! Limited spaces available, hope to see you there!
