**Join us for a morning of yoga at Momentum Aerial Arts!!**

*Find your flow with 25-minute back-to-back yoga classes of varying styles from instructors around the city.*

\*Doors open at 9:00 & classes start at 9:30 -Take as many classes as you want and leave the rest. Please feel free to ebb and flow as you'd like. **Please bring your yoga mat.**

9:30 - 9:55: Heart Opening Meditation&#x20;

10:00 - 10:35: Pilates Barre Infusion&#x20;

11 05- 11:30: Lyra (Aerial Hoop)&#x20;

11:35 - 12:00: Slow Flow&#x20;

12:20 - 12:45: Yin Yoga and Sound&#x20;
