Expect 25 minute back-to-back "tastes" of yoga from various studios + health n wellness & spa experience stations AND an awesome yogi swag bag. Take as many classes as you want and leave the rest. Feel free to ebb n flow in as you wish. :) No rules.

**The Line-Up (Subject to Change):**

10:00 am: Doors Open + Grab snacks, drinks, and a swag bag

10:30 am: Morning Sun Salutation Flow

11 am: Power Flow & Vinyasa

11:30 am: Yoga Sculpt

12:00 pm: Hatha Yoga

12:30 pm: Pilates

1:00pm: Deep Release and Restore Stretch + Replenishing Sound Bath

2 pm: Event Ends

**Before the Event:**

The Beauty Boost will always send you several emails leading up to the event with information about what to expect. If you are buying a ticket for a friend, please be sure to foward them that information so they also know the flow of the day. If for some reason you have not yet recieved communication the week of the event, email us and let us know so that we can forward you any information you need to know!

The Beauty Boost is a community for women to feel healthy, empowered, and beautiful. We put in events throughout the year like socials, empowerment workshops, retreats, and fitness samplers. **About the venue:**

[Daniel’s Vineyard](https://www.danielsvineyard.com/ "https://www.danielsvineyard.com/") is a full production winery that offers a private wine club and event venue for any occasion. Together along side their five kids, the idea to plant a vineyard was sown in the Tuscan foothills over a bottle of wine by husband and wife, Daniel and Kimberly. Upon arrival back to the states, they began to put their dream into action. In 2010, over 14,000 grape vines were cultivated into the Indiana soil by family, friends, and neighbors. As the vines have flourished over the years, so has the Daniel’s Vineyard community.
