Join The Beauty Boost Detroit for Taste of Yoga on Saturday, November 7 from 9 AM–12 PM at The Hub Stadium in Novi!

Throughout the morning, you’ll have the opportunity to experience approximately 20–25 minute “tastes” of different movement and wellness styles led by local instructors.

Our confirmed lineup includes:

🤍 Reset + Restore with YogiStoned — restorative movement, stretching and an opportunity to slow down and reconnect.

🔥 Muscles + Motion with Dr. Rubina — a bodyweight circuit designed to get you moving, build strength and leave you feeling energized.

✨ Sound Bath with Root + Restore — led by TK, this calming sound experience is designed to create space for rest, reflection and stillness.

💪 Yoga Sculpt with Elemental Evolution — led by Lauren Mullinax, this energizing 20–25 minute class blends yoga-inspired movement with strength-focused sculpting for a full-body workout designed to leave you feeling strong, refreshed and empowered.

Additional movement and wellness experiences may still be announced!
