Together, we’ll explore the connection between breath, mind, body, and soul through a 40 minute sculpt practice and 20 minute sound bath set on Chicago’s waterfront. An incredible moment to relax, ground, and connect.



ARRIVE: 615PM - Check-In Opens \~ reserve your spot, connect with community, enjoy the views, and receive surprise goodies.&#x20;



FLOW: 7:00 PM - Taylor Shapiro will guide us through a powerful full-body 40 minute yoga sculpt.&#x20;



From Savasana we will naturally transition to our:&#x20;



SOUND BATH: Roberta Hynes will guide us through a beautiful relaxing 20 minute sound bath.&#x20;
