We’ll begin with a guided meditation and simple mindfulness practices to quiet your mind, regulate your nervous system, and bring you into a grounded, receptive state. From there, you’ll create a vision board that reflects not just what you want, but how you want to feel, live, and show up.

This isn’t just goal setting. It’s about aligning your inner state with the life you’re becoming and learning how to return to that energy in your everyday life.

**What to Bring**

1. Small-sized poster board (or half of a large poster)
2. 2–4 magazines
3. Affirmations, mantras, or favorite quotes
4. Personal photos of yourself, a significant other, or family
5. A journal and pen
6. Sticker, markers, glue, scissors anothing else.

   **Good to know-**
   \* Free Parking available onsite
   \* Some magazines and supplies (glue sticks, small scissors, markers ) will be provided but it is recommend that your own to avoid having to wait your turn for shared supplies.&#x20;
