We’re closing out summer the Climb way: games, food, music, competition, and community.

Think **family reunion meets Field Day.**



Come ready to team up, compete a little, laugh a lot, eat, connect, and enjoy the day together.

Just one last summer Saturday together.

**Location: will be sent to those who RSVP near the day of the event.**



**Space is limited. RSVP required. No walk-ups.**

If you selected a free Community Contributor ticket, your contribution is part of your RSVP.

THE CLIMB LA — PARTICIPANT WAIVER & RELEASE

By registering for and/or participating in **The Climb LA End of Summer Field Day**, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I understand that participation may include physical and recreational activities such as running, relay races, tug-of-war, capture the flag, lawn games, and other outdoor activities.

I understand these activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, muscle strains, dehydration, heat exposure, allergic reactions, illness, injury, or other unforeseen circumstances.

I voluntarily choose to participate and knowingly assume all risks associated with my participation.

HEALTH & PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

I confirm that I am physically able to participate in the activities I choose to take part in.

I am responsible for determining my own physical limitations and may decline or stop participating in any activity at any time.

I understand that The Climb LA does not provide medical diagnoses or medical treatment.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless **The Climb LA, its founders, organizers, volunteers, team members, representatives, partners, and affiliates** from claims, demands, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from my voluntary participation in the event, except where such release is prohibited by law.

MEDICAL EMERGENCIES

If I become injured or require emergency assistance during the event, I authorize event organizers to contact emergency medical services when reasonably necessary.

I understand that I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred as a result of my participation.

PERSONAL PROPERTY

I am responsible for my own belongings and understand that The Climb LA is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

## FOOD & CONTRIBUTIONS

I understand that food and beverages may be contributed or shared by community members.

I am responsible for managing my own allergies, dietary restrictions, and food-related decisions.

The Climb LA cannot guarantee that food or beverages are free from allergens or cross-contamination.

PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE

I understand that photos and videos may be taken during the event.

By attending, I grant The Climb LA permission to photograph, record, and use my image, likeness, and voice for community, promotional, social media, marketing, and archival purposes without additional compensation.

If I do not wish to appear in photos or video, I understand that I should notify the event team at check-in.

PARK & COMMUNITY CONDUCT

I agree to respect the park, other attendees, event organizers, and the surrounding community.

I understand that unsafe, disruptive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior may result in my removal from the event.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT

I confirm that I am **18 years of age or older**, have read and understood this waiver, and voluntarily agree to its terms.
