As you rest in a comfortable, supportive space, Sophie, a licensed practitioner, will gently place targeted acupuncture points. Once settled, you will be softly guided through a body-awareness meditation to help you drop into a deep restorative state. From there, you will drift into an immersive alpha wave soundscape. These specific audio frequencies encourage the brain to enter an effortless state of calm, amplifying the physical and mental benefits of your treatment.&#x20;
