We'll begin with a warm cup of seasonal herbal tea before moving through a gentle Slow Flow yoga practice featuring Nadi Shodhana (alternate nostril breathing) to encourage balance and calm. The evening concludes with an extended sound bath, leaving you feeling restored, centered, and ready to welcome the new season with intention.
