This hour long wellness experience is your invitation to pause, soften, and be held. Whether you’re navigating a full schedule, seeking alignment, or simply craving a moment of stillness, this is your sanctuary.

Each session blends:

* **Restorative yoga** (no experience needed)
* A **meditative sound bath** using crystal singing bowls and ambient frequencies
* **Seasonally aligned reflections** inspired by the moon, astrology, or the spirit of the month

We close each session with a **small parting gift** to support your self-care: always seasonal, intentional, and meant to carry the energy of the evening home with you.
