**Ready for your a monthly reset?**



Join Evolución Wellness and Spiritual Awakenings Collective at Balencia Studio on Friday, September 25th from 7:00-8:30 for a restorative evening.



Doors will open at 6:30 so you can come early, socialize, and grab your spot. Class will start at 7pm with a guided restorative stretch facilitated by Tara, founder of Evolución, then moving into guided meditation with a focus on resetting your nervous system and reconnecting with yourself!



As you begin to meditate, Shannon, founder of Spiritual Awakenings Collective will lead you through a sound healing journey, where you finally let go and drift away to your most relaxed self.



After a deep sound healing meditation, class will wrap up with an intentional journaling prompt, and wellness goodies including: Poppi Soda, Wellness Nutrition Gummies, Candles, potion bottles, cookies, and more!



This is the Friday night you never knew you needed, come alone or with a friend, and leave feeling like yourself again!
