The practice of self-devotion has become a deeply personal part of my own healing journey.



Through my tantric teachings, as well as studying the ways devotion, ritual, embodiment, adornment, prayer, and intentional care have been expressed by women within Hindu traditions and across various African cultural and spiritual traditions, I’ve been reflecting on what it means to truly become devoted to yourself...not from ego, but from reverence.



This gathering is a direct reflection of the healing path that I’m currently walking, and I wanted to create a space where I could share some of what I’ve been learning and practicing with other women.



Together, we’ll move through a feminine embodiment yoga practice inspired by the **Root, Sacral, and Heart chakras**, exploring grounding, pleasure, desire, openness, love, and receiving. There will also be space for intuitive movement, reflection, intention-setting, and a deeply restorative sound bath to close our evening together.



Rather than simply asking, *“What do I want to manifest?”* I want us to explore another question:

**What am I willing to lovingly devote myself to?**



No previous yoga or embodiment experience is necessary. Come exactly as you are. **Yoga mats/Blocks are provided.**



**This will also be my final scheduled Houston-area gatherings before I begin hosting more regularly throughout the Austin/Killeen/Round Rock area, so it feels especially meaningful to share a gathering that represents such a personal chapter of my own journey with yall.**
