The Summit Run Club – Waiver and Acknowledgment of Risk

By completing this registration, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
	1.	Voluntary Participation: I am voluntarily participating in activities organized by The Summit Run Club, including but not limited to group runs, training sessions, and community events.
	2.	Assumption of Risk: I understand that participating in running and fitness activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, dehydration, falls, contact with other participants, weather conditions, and terrain or traffic hazards. I accept full responsibility for these risks.
	3.	Physical Readiness: I affirm that I am physically capable of safely participating in The Summit Run Club activities and have consulted a healthcare provider if necessary.
	4.	Release of Liability: I release and hold harmless The Summit Run Club, its organizers, volunteers, sponsors, and partners from any and all claims, demands, or liabilities that may arise from participation, including injury, loss, or damage.
	5.	Medical Authorization: In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize The Summit Run Club to obtain appropriate medical treatment on my behalf, understanding that I am responsible for any resulting expenses.
	6.	Photo/Video Release (Optional): I grant The Summit Run Club permission to use photos or video taken during club events for promotional or social media purposes.

By submitting my registration, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this waiver.
