Each week we take over the courts for an easygoing mix of **tennis and pickleball**—no teams, no cliques, no pressure. Just show up, play a few games, and leave with new connections. Whether you’re a beginner or seasoned player, The Weekly Rally is all about **movement, laughter, and building friendships in real time**.

Come solo or bring a friend—our crew will make sure you feel welcome from the first serve.

By registering for and/or participating in The Weekly Rally (“Event”), I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk
I understand that participating in physical activities such as tennis and pickleball involves risks of injury, including but not limited to sprains, strains, falls, collisions, or other accidents. I voluntarily choose to participate and accept all risks associated with this Event.

Release of Liability
In consideration of being allowed to participate, I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless CREEW, its organizers, volunteers, employees, partners, sponsors, and venue hosts from any and all claims, liabilities, or causes of action arising out of my participation in this Event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Medical Consent
In the event of an emergency, I consent to receive medical treatment deemed necessary by event staff or emergency personnel. I understand I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred.

Photo & Media Release
I grant permission to CREEW to use photos, video, and audio recordings of me from this Event for promotional, marketing, or educational purposes, in any media format, without compensation.

Certification
I certify that I am at least 18 years old (or that my parent/guardian has signed this waiver if under 18), am in good health, and capable of safely participating in the Event. I understand participation is voluntary and that I may stop at any time.
