Featuring a panel discussion by leading women in health and wellness, immersive sessions, and hands-on wellness stations. You get to flow at your own pace—dip into breathwork, sound healing, movement, and hands-on wellness stations!

A high vibe breathwork + grounding ritual to set your intentions and tune into your Wellness Era mindset! Speakers TBA soon!



**7:30 PM - 8:30 PM** — Wellness Playground

Choose your own wellness adventure by rotating through mini-experiences like:

* Sound baths or vibroacoustic healing
* Guided breathwork or meditation pods&#x20;
* Journaling + intention setting corners (self-guided)
* Wellness bar with herbal teas, adaptogen shots & nourishing bites
* Spa + Experience stations: think aromatherapy lounge, diy face masks, energy station, scalp massage and more!
