10:45 AM — Doors open + Settle in with a welcome wellness drink and peruse the wellness stations (first 50 arrivals receive an Altua Hemp Infused Spritzer)

11:30 AM — Feel Good Kickoff + Wellness Panel

A high vibe breathwork + grounding ritual to set your intentions and tune into your Wellness Era mindset!

Then tune in to our wellness guides as they share their tips on mind, body, and spirit wellness in their areas of expertise.

12:30 PM – 3:00 PM — Wellness Playground + Movement Space
