**10:00 AM** — Doors Open + Wellness Edit Kit pickup for the first 25 guests
Guests will grab their curated kit and settle in with a welcome drink, either herbal tea or an adaptogen mocktail.

**10:15–10:45 AM** — Welcome + Feel Good Kickoff
A guided grounding meditation and ritual to set intentions and tune into a Wellness Era mindset.

**10:45 AM–1:55 PM** — Wellness Playground
Experience stations will be open and flowing throughout the event.
**11:30 AM -** Sound Bowls to bring women into the circle

**11:45 AM–12:45 PM** — Community Circle
Guests will gather to hear Wellness Experts share wisdom on important healthcare and wellness practices.
