6:00 PM — Doors open, pick up you wellness kit swag bag + jump into experience stations

6:15 PM — Feel Good Kickoff with a Low impact, full body workout with SPRNG

6:45 PM – 8:30 PM — Wellness Playground Mini Chats:

Start with your assigned session + then choose your own wellness adventure by rotating through sessions with Great Lakes Health and Wellness, Stephani Worley Coaching + The Gold Standard Skincare OR you can jump back into experience stations!
