**6:00 PM** — Doors open + Wellness Edit Kit pickup

Grab your curated kit and settle in with a welcome drink (herbal tea or adaptogen mocktail).

**6:10 PM** — Feel Good Kickoff

A high vibe breathwork + grounding ritual to set your intentions and tune into your Wellness Era mindset!

**6:25 PM – 8:25 PM** — Wellness Playground

Choose your own wellness adventure by rotating through mini-experiences like:

* Sound baths healing (20 min sessions)
* Guided breathwork or meditation (15 min)
* Reiki or energy healing sessions (15 min)
* Journaling + intention setting corners (self-guided)
* Wellness bar with juice samples, herbal teas, adaptogen shots & nourishing bites

**About the Venue:**

Located in Broad Ripple along the banks of the White River and just steps off the Monon Trail, the[Indianapolis Art Center ](https://indyartcenter.org/ "https://indyartcenter.org/")includes a vibrant and active 40,000 square foot building designed by world-renowned architect and Indianapolis native Michael Graves, and Indianapolis’ original ARTSPARK, a 9.5-acre outdoor creativity and sculpture garden with green space, trails, and a canoe launch.

The mission of the Indianapolis Art Center is to inspire creative expression in all people. Our vision is to build an inclusively united community through art by inspiring a better, stronger, and more culturally vibrant environment for all.

As a nonprofit, every year the Art Center offers hundreds of classes and camps, more than a dozen contemporary art exhibitions in six galleries, an outreach program that takes art into underserved communities, the OneAmerica Broad Ripple Art Fair, and much, much more!
