**The Spring Equinox** invites us into a natural season of rebirth—a moment of perfect balance between light and dark. It is a time to release the winter’s dormancy, honor the transitions we’ve moved through, and intentionally plant the seeds for what’s next.



This month’s Wellness Social is inspired by the **Spring Equinox and the energy of renewal.** Together, we’ll explore how to "spring forward" in our inner worlds and relationships, shifting from reflection into action and allowing our growth to bloom. Begin with grounding breathwork to balance your energy and create space for new intentions to take root.



**Vinyasa Yoga**

**Guided Conversation & Journaling**

* • **The Equinox Balance:** Finding equilibrium between rest and action.

* • **Navigating New Beginnings:** Moving through seasons of change with compassion and self-trust.
* • **Communal Growth:** How our relationships can act as the "soil" that supports our evolution.

OSW LLC (“OUR STUDIO WELLNESS”) POP-UP EVENT WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions in consideration for my participation in the Our Studio Wellness Pop-Up Event, which includes yoga, meditation, guided conversations, and other related activities (the "Event").

Assumption of Risks: I understand and acknowledge that the Event involves certain inherent risks and dangers, including but not limited to the risk of physical injury, emotional distress, and other adverse health effects. I am voluntarily participating in this Event with full knowledge of the risks involved.

Physical Fitness and Health: I hereby affirm that I am in good physical and mental condition and do not suffer from any medical or psychological condition that might in any way hinder or prevent my participation in the Event. If I have any concerns about my health or fitness, I have consulted a physician or mental health professional before participating in the Event.

Safety Guidelines: I agree to abide by all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the instructor(s) and facilitators conducting the Event. I understand that failure to do so may result in my removal from the Event without a refund.

Waiver of Liability: I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby waive, release, discharge, and hold harmless Our Studio Wellness, their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, liabilities, costs, expenses, or judgments, including attorney's fees and court costs, arising out of my participation in the Event.

Medical and Emotional Emergencies: In the event of a medical or emotional emergency, I authorize any qualified medical or mental health personnel to provide necessary treatment and agree to be responsible for any associated costs.

Photo and Video Release: I hereby grant permission to Our Studio Wellness to use photographs and/or videos of me taken during the Event for promotional, marketing, or educational purposes without compensation.

Guided Conversations and Therapy Disclaimer: I understand that any guided conversations or wellness circles during the Event are not a substitute for professional therapy or medical advice. Any insights or guidance provided by facilitators should be considered informational and not therapeutic.

Governing Law: This Waiver and Release of Liability shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

I HAVE READ THIS LIABILITY RELEASE WAIVER, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, AND SIGN IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT.
