Join us for two inspiring days of connection, movement, and growth at Chicago’s Bramble Lofts. This year’s Summit brings together yoga teachers, students, wellness professionals and movement enthusiasts for an experience designed to educate, energize, and expand your practice — both on and off the mat.

Expect a mix of **continuing education workshops**, **movement classes**, **panel discussions**, and **networking opportunities** that will leave you feeling refreshed, empowered, and supported by the local yoga community. Whether you’re a seasoned teacher or simply passionate about yoga and wellness, this event is your chance to learn, grow, and connect with others who share your love of the practice.

**Other offerings include:** food, wellness/yoga vendors, headshots and pose shots, breakout conversations, goodie bags, etc.

I certify that there are no health- related reasons or problems which preclude my participation in this activity. These risks are not only inherent to participants, but are also present for volunteers. I assume all risks associated with this activity or event. I hereby consent to receive medical treatment which may be deemed advisable in the event of injury, accident, and/or illness during this activity. Media Release: I grant full permission to STRENGTH IN THE CITY to use photographs, videos and other types of recordings of me in advertising, trade or any commercial purpose in legitimate accounts and promotions of this event and for STRENGTH IN THE CITY event to share my contact information with any related sponsors. I waive the right to inspect versions of my image used for publication or the written copy used in connection with the images.

Full Weekend includes first choice of registration for both Saturday AND Sunday workshops. Includes Saturday evening networking, Sunday evening sound bath PLUS lunch both days and headshots. 

Saturday Only includes choice of registration for Saturday workshops. Also, includes Saturday evening networking PLUS lunch and headshots. 

Sunday Only includes choice of registration for Sunday workshops. Also, includes Sunday evening sound bath PLUS lunch and headshots. 

Full Weekend includes 4 workshops per day plus Saturday evening networking, Sunday evening sound bath, lunch both days AND headshots.
