Welcome to Trampoline Mastery, a thrilling one-hour class that will take your bouncing skills to new heights! Whether you're a first-time jumper or an experienced trampolinist, this class is designed to provide a safe and fun environment to learn and refine your trampoline techniques.

In this high-flying class, our expert instructors will guide you through a series of exercises aimed at building core strength, improving coordination, and mastering the art of bouncing. With a focus on safety and skill development, you'll progress from basic jumps to more advanced tricks while exploring the joy of flight.

Class Outline:
1. Warm-up: Begin with a dynamic warm-up to get your muscles ready for trampolining, including stretches and light cardio.

2. Trampoline Basics: Learn the fundamental techniques of trampolining, such as body positioning, proper bouncing technique, and controlled landings.

3. Bounce Progressions: Progress through a series of bounce progressions to gradually increase height and confidence on the trampoline.

4. Jump Variations: Explore various jump styles, including tucks, pikes, and straddles, to add flair to your bouncing skills.

5. Flips and Twists: For more advanced participants, our instructors will provide guidance
