Trap BYOB is turning things up at The Body Shop this Valentine's season!! Founder and head coach, Paris Williams, will lead you through HIIT Glute based workout for our special Valentines Day Edition: Kisses & Kickbacks.

In this class, we'll focus on glutes, legs, and core, but don't worry, your whole body will feel the burn. No equipment needed, just bring yourself, water & towel, a positive attitude, and ENERGY!!!
