Event Waiver & Release of Liability
By registering for and/or participating in the Trickshot & Skills Competition + Beginner’s Clinic (“Event”), I acknowledge and agree to the following:
Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation in tennis, pickleball, and related activities involves physical activity and carries inherent risks of injury, illness, or property damage. I voluntarily assume all such risks.
Release of Liability
I release and hold harmless All-Love Racquet Club, Fortune Tennis, Harvard Park Tennis Center, their staff, coaches, volunteers, sponsors, partners, and affiliates (“Released Parties”) from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, or liability arising from my participation in the Event, including injury, illness, or property damage, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
Medical Authorization
In the event of injury or illness, I authorize Event staff to provide or seek medical assistance as deemed necessary, and I assume full financial responsibility for such care.
Photography & Media Release
I understand that photographs, videos, and other media may be captured during the Event. By participating, I grant All-Love Racquet Club, Fortune Tennis, and their partners the unrestricted right to use my image, likeness, and voice for promotional, educational, and commercial purposes, in any media, without compensation.
Minor Participants
If registering a minor, I certify that I am the parent/guardian and have the legal authority to agree to these terms on their behalf.
Acknowledgment
By registering for this Event, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this Waiver & Release of Liability.

Brand new to tennis? We got you. By selecting this ticket, you’re signing up for our Beginner 1 Clinic — designed for true beginners who’ve never picked up a racket or are just getting started (level 1.0 to 2.0). No experience required — just show up ready to move and learn. 

Now you're building real skills. By selecting this ticket, you’re signing up for our Beginner 2 Clinic — designed for players rated 2.0 to 2.75 who have the fundamentals and are ready to grow their confidence through strategy, movement, and live play. 

ou're getting comfortable — now it's time to compete. By selecting this ticket, you’re signing up for our Intermediate 1 Division — designed for players rated 3.0 to 3.5 who understand the basics, can hold a rally, and are ready to level up through team play. 

Get ready to compete. By selecting this ticket, you’re signing up for our Intermediate 2 Division — designed for players rated 3.5 to 3.75 who are consistent with their strokes, confident at the net, and ready to bring the energy. 

Welcome to the big leagues. By selecting this ticket, you’re signing up for our Advanced Division — designed for players rated 4.0+ who are ready for fast-paced, competitive play.
