An evening focusing on self-love through journaling and meditation. Participants can expect up to three journal prompts followed by a meditation helping practitioners to call in their written words through intentional breaths.

This month, we’re letting go of the need to control every outcome. *Trust the Flow* is a gentle, soulful 3-week class designed to help you soften your grip, listen to your inner wisdom, and move in alignment with life’s natural rhythm.

Each week includes a guided meditation, journaling prompts, and affirmations to help you:

When you arrive park near the leasing office. The leasing office is across the street from the daily drip. Find the first roundabout, follow the row of palm trees past the leasing office and you'll see the second roundabout. Notice the set of stairs by the roundabout, walk down, the door to a hallway will be propped open. Follow the hallway, the first door on the left and you will locate the ZEN ROOM.&#x20;

Look for BLUE signs pointing you in the right direction.&#x20;
