Back at f45_training_creekside for a Galentine’s edition of Twerk & Tone — aka the ultimate girls’ night out 💃💅

Grab your ride-or-die for a WOMEN ONLY night of movement, connection, sweat, and unhinged laughter. We’ll dive into the foundations of twerk dance mixed with fitness conditioning focused on shaping the booty and getting those hips moving for mobility, flow, and fun.
🚫 NO 8-counts. No choreography.
Just movement, confidence, and elite-level twerknique.
👖 What to wear: loose clothing is the move. Pajama bottoms or worn-in leggings with zero compression work best. Your glutes need space to wiggle, wiggle.
We’re here to twerk, baby — this booty don’t fold… it wiggle wiggle 😏🍑
