Workout mats, towels, and water will be provided for you, and there’s also a fitting room available if you need to change. And if you’re planning to hit the cold plunge, make sure to bring your bikini!

Padel equipment is available for rent on-site. Please note it’s not included with your ticket, and court space will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

ULTRA: Sweat n Glow – Participation Terms & Liability Waiver

Released Parties: Sweat ’N Glow, Ultra Padel Club, Maboh Wellness Collective, and their owners, managers, staff, contractors, volunteers, vendors, sponsors, and affiliates.
Activities Covered: fitness/workouts, padel/athletics, recovery station, cold plunge/ice bath, vendor activations, music/DJ, and all related use of the venue and equipment.

1) Assumption of Risk
I understand these activities involve inherent risks (e.g., slips/falls, overexertion, hypothermia/cold shock, dehydration, cardiac events, musculoskeletal injuries, and property loss). I voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown.

2) Health & Cold-Exposure Notice
I am physically able to participate and will stop if I feel unwell. I understand cold exposure is not advised for people with cardiovascular disease, uncontrolled hypertension, Raynaud’s, cold urticaria, neuropathy, open wounds, pregnancy, or as otherwise advised by a clinician. I will follow all posted time limits and staff instructions.

3) Release & Indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, I release and forever discharge the Released Parties from any claims, demands, or liability for injury, illness, death, or property damage arising from my participation or presence, including that caused in whole or part by the negligence of any Released Party. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from claims made by me or third parties related to my actions or rule violations.

4) Rules & Property
I will use facilities/equipment properly, heed safety directions, and exercise caution on wet/slippery surfaces. I am responsible for my belongings; the Released Parties are not liable for loss or theft.

5) Medical Care
If an injury or illness occurs, I authorize reasonable first aid and emergency care at my expense and accept possible delays in response.

6) Communicable Diseases
I acknowledge the risk of exposure to contagious illnesses at public events and accept that risk.

7) Vendors & Third Parties
Vendors operate independently. I release the Released Parties from claims arising from vendor products/services and will follow vendor instructions/policies.

8) Media Consent
I grant the Released Parties the right to photograph/record me and to use my image, voice, and statements for promotional and archival purposes in any media, without compensation. (Contact organizers before the event if you wish to request limited visibility.)

9) Minors
If purchasing for a minor, I confirm I am the parent/legal guardian and agree to these terms on the minor’s behalf, including risk assumption and media consent.

10) Governing Law
These terms are governed by Florida law. Venue for disputes is Miami-Dade County, Florida.

By selecting “Purchase/Agree,” I confirm I have read and accept these Terms & Liability Waiver for myself (and for any minors I register). If I do not agree, I will not complete this purchase.
