10:15 am: Led by Gabriel “Amor\_Hitz”, this dance-meets-Pilates flow blends rhythmic movement with controlled, low-impact strength work, layered with high-energy bursts designed to release built-up energy. Set to music, you’ll move through fluid sequences that emphasize core engagement, balance, mobility, and expression, then rise into moments of dynamic movement to elevate your heart rate and reset your nervous system. This class builds strength and stability while keeping you in constant flow—leaving you energized, grounded, and fully connected to your body as you transition into the deeper moments that follow.

✨ **Breathe Into Becoming — Guided Breath-work, Sand + Stone Release Ritual**
11:15am: Led by **Christina**, step into a fully immersive experience designed to help you slow down, let go, and open space for what’s meant to come next. This session blends grounding, ritual, and activating breath-work to guide you through a symbolic transformation.

✨ **Release, Remember, Recalibrate —Journal with Intention**
12:15pm: Led by **Dr. Angelica**, this immersive, heart-opening session is designed to help you close out 2025 with clarity, softness, and ease. Through grounding breathwork, somatic awareness, and reflective journaling, you’ll gently release what no longer serves you, honor your growth, and step into the energy you want to carry into 2026. This experience is introspective without being heavy, structured without feeling rigid — a supportive space to reset, realign, and renew.

The risks include, but are not limited to, those caused by terrain, facilities, temperature, weather, condition of participants, equipment, vehicular traffic, lack of hydration, and actions of other people including, but not limited to, participants, volunteers, monitors, and/or producers of the activity. I waive the right to inspect versions of my image used for publication or the written copy used in connection with the images.
