I affirm that I am in good physical condition and able to participate in this class. I understand that participation carries inherent risks, including but not limited to sprains, muscle strains, broken bones, heat exhaustion, or other potential injuries. 2. Voluntary Participation I voluntarily choose to participate in this activity and assume all risks, known or unknown, related to my participation. 3. Medical Disclaimer This fitness class is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis, or treatment. If I experience any pain or discomfort, I will listen to my body, adjust the movement, and inform the instructor. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in this class. 4. Photo & Video Release I grant permission to Move to the Beat and Wear the Damn Shorts, LLC to use photos, videos, or recordings taken during the class for marketing, promotional, or social media purposes, unless I opt out in writing prior to the event. 5. Release of Liability I hereby release and hold harmless the instructors, event partners, affiliates, and Wear the Damn Shorts, LLC from any liability, injury, loss, or damage sustained while participating in the class, including any claims arising from negligence.
