VINHAUSA EVENT WAIVER
By participating in any VinHausa event, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND RELEASE
I understand that yoga, movement, and music activities involve inherent risks of injury. I am in good physical condition and will modify activities as needed for my safety.
I hereby RELEASE and WAIVE all claims against VinHausa, its founders, instructors, DJs, employees, venue partners, and sponsors from any liability, injury, or damages arising from my participation.

MEDIA CONSENT
I grant VinHausa the irrevocable right to photograph, film, and record my participation for promotional and marketing purposes across all media platforms without compensation.
GENERAL TERMS

I will follow all staff instructions and conduct myself respectfully
VinHausa is not responsible for lost or damaged personal property
This waiver is governed by Illinois law
I am at least 18 years old OR have parental consent

By participating, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to these terms, understanding that I am waiving substantial legal rights including the right to sue for damages.
