Whether you're a walker, runner, rucker, or just beginning your fitness journey, our club is for all paces, all levels, and all goals. Let’s inspire a healthier, happier Pompano Beach by creating a supportive and welcoming community.

🌟 What: Join us for our inaugural event, the Pier to Beer Run! This 2-mile out-and-back route to the Pompano Pier is designed for everyone—walkers, joggers, sprinters, and everyone in between. It’s a fun, social way to get moving and connect with others.

📅 When: Wednesday's at 6pm

📍 Where: Starting and ending at 26 Degrees Brewing in Pompano Beach

We Run Pompano – Liability Waiver and Release

READ CAREFULLY: This is a legal document that affects your rights. By signing below, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this waiver and release of liability.

1. Acknowledgment of Risks

I understand and acknowledge that participation in the "We Run Pompano" run club, including running, walking, or any related activities, carries inherent risks. These risks may include, but are not limited to, personal injury, property damage, illness, or even death, arising from terrain conditions, weather, traffic, other participants, and unforeseen circumstances. I voluntarily choose to participate, fully accepting all associated risks.

2. Release of Liability

In consideration of being allowed to participate in "We Run Pompano" events and activities, I, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless the following parties from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in this activity:
Sean Spire, Patrick McEnaney, Aspire Fitness & Health, LLC DBA Aspire Sports Lab/Aspire CrossFit, My Tribe Productions LLC, 26 Degrees Brewery and Kitchen, any and all other participants, organizers, volunteers, sponsors, or associated entities

This release applies to all claims, including those resulting from the negligence of the above-listed parties.

3. Assumption of Responsibility

I agree to act responsibly and take reasonable precautions during my participation. I will follow all instructions, abide by applicable laws, and act in a manner that does not endanger myself or others. I assume full responsibility for any injury or harm caused by my actions or inactions.

4. Medical Treatment

I authorize "We Run Pompano" organizers and affiliated parties to provide or arrange for emergency medical care if needed. I understand that I am responsible for any costs associated with such treatment and that this waiver extends to any liability resulting from medical assistance provided.

5. Photography and Media Release

I grant permission for "We Run Pompano" organizers to use photographs, videos, or other media taken during the events for promotional purposes. I waive any right to inspect or approve such materials.

6. Acknowledgment of Understanding

By signing this waiver, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to its terms. I understand that I am waiving substantial legal rights by signing and do so freely without coercion or undue influence.
