Wake up with purpose and power! Join us *every Wednesday morning* for a **complimentary Pilates class** with instructors from Core Pilates set against the breathtaking backdrop of Lake Michigan. This 45-minute mat Pilates flow is designed to energize your body, focus your mind, and set the tone for a strong day all before the city fully wakes up.

WHEN: Wednesdays at 6:30 AM (60 min class starting at 6:30am, community hang to follow)
WHERE: Theater on the Lake - outdoors with fresh air and lake views...We also practice on the cement stairs side on the lake.
