2. I fully and forever release and discharge Aventura Mall Venture, Aventura Mall Marketing Fund Inc., Shopping Center Management, Turnberry Marketing Group, LLC, Turnberry Development, LLC, and their successors, assigns, partners, joint ventures and affiliated entities (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from any and all injuries (including death), losses, damages, claims, demands, lawsuits, expenses and any other liability of any kind, of or to me, my property, or any other person, directly or indirectly arising out of, or in connection with, my participation in or attendance at the Event, even if due to the negligence of the Released Parties, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

3. I acknowledge that the Released Parties have not arranged for nor carry any insurance of any kind for my benefit and that I am solely responsible for obtaining and paying for any health, life, travel, accident, property or other insurance relative to my injuries or any other loss I may sustain while participating in the Event or attending the Event.

I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product, advertising or printed matter that may be used in connection with such photographs, recordings and/or videos. I hereby release and discharge the Released Parties from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of such photographs, recordings and/or videos including, without limitation, any and all claims for libel or invasion of privacy.
