Join us for **Wellness In Pink** , a powerful day of movement, healing, and community — all in support of the **Las Vegas Breast Cancer Warriors**. We encourage everyone to **wear pink** to show unity and strength as we come together for this cause. 💕

✨ **Pilates in Pink** – *Hosted by Dorian Warmsley & The Good Place*

🕛 **12 PM – 2 PM | PS3 Rooftop (PS3 Garage is next to The Good Place)**

Start the day with Pilates in Pink, a high-vibe class bringing energy and connection to the rooftop. Please bring your own mat, towel and water.

* **12:00 PM –** Doors Open
* **12:30–1:20 PM –** 50-min mat pilates led by Jackie Harris 
* **1:20–2:00 PM –** Raffles & Yapping

✨ **Wellness Party** – *Hosted by Etho x Vestra*

🕑 **2 PM – 5 PM | Vestra Pool & Clubhouse**

For the very first time, **Vestra is opening their pool, hot tub, and clubhouse to the public** — and you’re invited! Enjoy an afternoon of rejuvenation and connection featuring:

* Hot Tub & Pool Party Vibes 🥳
* Cold Plunges ❄️
* Saunas 🔥
* Massages 💆
* Wellness Vendors 🌱
* **4:00–5:00 PM-** Floating Sound Bath 🎶

💖 **$25 donation includes entry to both Pilates in Pink & the Wellness Event!** 100% of proceeds benefit the **Las Vegas Breast Cancer Warriors**.

ETHO WELLNESS CLUB 
RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER, ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AGREEMENT
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. BY SIGNING THIS DOCUMENT, YOU ARE WAIVING CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS.
1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
 I, the undersigned, acknowledge that my participation in Etho Wellness Club events, activities, and experiences ("Event") is completely voluntary. I understand that these activities, which may include but are not limited to cold plunges, saunas, movement exercises, live music, social interactions, and food and beverage consumption, (“Services”) involve inherent risks that could result in injury, illness, property damage, or even death. I voluntarily assume all risks, known or unknown, associated with participation in Etho events. I have read, understand, and agree to follow the posted rules.
2. RELEASE OF LIABILITY
 I hereby waive, release, and discharge Etho Wellness Club, its owners, officers, employees, volunteers, vendors, sponsors, and affiliates ("Released Parties") from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or causes of action arising from my participation in the Event, including but not limited to those arising from negligence of the Released Parties.
3. MEDICAL ACKNOWLEDGMENT & DISCLAIMER
I certify that I am in good health and do not have any medical conditions, disabilities, impairments, or ailments that would put me at risk while participating in Etho events. I further understand that it is recommended that I consult with a physician before participating in the Event.
I understand that Etho Wellness Club does not provide medical supervision, diagnosis, or treatment of any illness, disease, or condition. I understand that any advice or recommendation received during the Event should be confirmed with a physician and I assume any risk and harm that may occur as a result.
I assume full responsibility for monitoring my physical condition and agree to seek medical attention if needed.
In the event of an emergency, I authorize Etho staff to seek medical assistance on my behalf at my own expense.
4. FOOD & BEVERAGE LIABILITY
I understand that Etho Wellness Club and its partners may provide food and beverages at events.
I acknowledge the risk of allergic reactions, food intolerances, or other health complications and accept full responsibility for any related issues.
Etho is not liable for any allergic reactions, illnesses, or injuries resulting from food or beverages consumed at the event.
5. PHOTO & MEDIA RELEASE
I grant Etho Wellness Club the unrestricted right to capture, use, and distribute photographs, videos, or other media of me from the event for promotional, marketing, or commercial purposes.
I waive any rights to compensation or approval of the media content.
If I do not wish to be included in event media, I must notify Etho staff in writing prior to the event.
6. PERSONAL PROPERTY DISCLAIMER
 I acknowledge that Etho Wellness Club is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during the event.
7. REFUSAL OF SERVICE, CODE OF CONDUCT & REMOVAL POLICY
Etho Wellness Club reserves the right to deny any Services at its discretion. 
I understand that use of some of the Services may be limited due to capacity
I agree to conduct myself respectfully and in accordance with Etho Wellness Club’s values.
I understand that Etho Wellness Club reserves the right to remove any participant without refund for inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive behavior.
8. VENDOR & STAFF LIABILITY
Vendors and staff participating in Etho events are responsible for their own safety, business operations, and equipment.
Etho Wellness Club is not liable for any injuries, property damage, or losses incurred by vendors or staff.
9. INDEMNIFICATION
 I agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from my participation in the Event.
10. ACKNOWLEDGMENT & SIGNATURE
 I have carefully read and understand this Release of Liability, Waiver, and Assumption of Risk Agreement. I voluntarily agree to its terms and understand that I am waiving certain legal rights.
