VTLZR is taking over 902 Brewing for Wellness on Tap – a premium social fitness and recovery experience built for people who train hard, recover intentionally and want to connect with others doing the same.



We’ll begin with an optional social run and walk through Jersey City before returning to the brewery for curated recovery experiences, interactive wellness activations, product sampling, challenges, giveaways and a full evening of community.

* This is a 21+ event. A valid ID is required.
* The outdoor run and walk may be modified or canceled because of unsafe weather. The indoor event will continue.
* Come dressed to move if you plan to participate in the run or recovery experiences.

PARTICIPANT WAIVER, RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND MEDIA CONSENT

In consideration for being permitted to attend or participate in VTLZR Wellness on Tap, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I voluntarily choose to attend and participate in this event. I understand that the event may include a social run or walk, exercise, mobility or recovery activities, cold-water immersion, product demonstrations, food and beverage sampling, and other wellness activations.

These activities may involve inherent and unforeseen risks, including—but not limited to—physical exertion, falls, collisions, traffic, uneven surfaces, adverse weather, dehydration, illness, allergic reactions, equipment failure, exposure to cold temperatures, hypothermia, cardiovascular complications, serious injury, disability or death.

I knowingly and voluntarily accept and assume all risks associated with my attendance and participation, whether specifically described above or not.

2. HEALTH AND MEDICAL ACKNOWLEDGMENT

I confirm that I am physically and medically able to participate safely in the activities I choose. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult a qualified medical professional before participating if I have any health condition, injury, pregnancy, sensitivity to cold, cardiovascular concern or other reason to question whether an activity is appropriate for me.

I will not participate in any activity if I feel unwell, impaired or unable to do so safely. I understand that I may decline or stop any activity at any time.

3. COLD-PLUNGE SAFETY

If cold-water immersion is offered, I understand that participation is entirely optional and may involve additional screening or consent requirements imposed by the cold-plunge provider.

I agree to follow all instructions provided by event staff and the cold-plunge operator. I will not enter a cold plunge after consuming alcohol or while under the influence of alcohol, cannabis, medication or any substance that could impair my judgment or physical response.

4. ALCOHOL AND AGE REQUIREMENT

I confirm that I am at least 21 years old and will present valid government-issued identification if requested. I understand that alcoholic beverages must be consumed responsibly and that neither admission nor a drink inclusion guarantees alcohol service. 902 Brewing may refuse service at its discretion.

I accept full responsibility for my consumption, transportation and conduct during and after the event.

5. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by New Jersey law, I release and hold harmless [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] d/b/a VTLZR, 902 Brewing Company, the event’s sponsors, activation partners, vendors, instructors, contractors, volunteers, employees, representatives, owners and agents from claims arising from my attendance or voluntary participation, including claims involving ordinary negligence.

This release does not apply to conduct that cannot legally be released, including gross negligence, recklessness or intentional misconduct.

6. EVENT RULES AND PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

I agree to follow all event, venue and activity-provider instructions. I understand that I may be denied participation or removed from the event if my behavior creates a safety risk, disrupts the event or violates venue policies.

I remain responsible for my personal belongings and understand that the released parties are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged property.

7. EMERGENCY MEDICAL CARE

If I become injured or ill and cannot provide instructions, I authorize event personnel to request reasonable emergency medical assistance on my behalf. I understand that the event does not guarantee the availability of medical personnel and that I am responsible for any resulting medical or transportation expenses.

8. PHOTOGRAPHY AND MEDIA

I understand that photography and video recording may occur during the event. I grant VTLZR and its authorized partners permission to photograph, record and use my image, voice and likeness in event recaps, social media, websites, advertising and other promotional materials without additional compensation.

If I do not wish to be intentionally featured, I will notify event staff at check-in. I understand that VTLZR cannot guarantee my exclusion from incidental crowd photography or video.

9. ELECTRONIC ACCEPTANCE

By completing my registration and selecting the acknowledgment below, I confirm that I have carefully read and understood this agreement. I understand that I am giving up certain legal rights and agree that my electronic acceptance has the same effect as a handwritten signature.

If any provision of this agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. This agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.

I confirm that I am at least 21 years old and have read, understood and voluntarily agree to the VTLZR Wellness on Tap Participant Waiver, Release of Liability and Media Consent.
