WomensFitSauga x CIBC Run for the Cure



We're taking our signature Track Tuesday session to Sunday.



Join us for a special morning track session in support of the CIBC Run for the Cure. Whether you're attending RFTC's race or training for a fall race, or simply looking for a wholesome way to move with the community, this session is for you.



Expect a structured track workout, dynamic warm-up, running drills, cooldown and a few intentional community activations throughout the morning.
